I'm anti-war and US foreign policy makes me rage hard, but I fucking love this song.

I like this song although I am anti-war. I wonder about KR's true feelings about these latest wars... I know he is a right winger, but in the lyrics, "PROGRAMMED to bleed red, white and blue" and the comparison to Vietnam... Is this a glorifcation of war, or a sort of protest song?

Bobby thanks for this great song...this reminds me of what a close friend is dealing with while he is serving in Afghanistan. I plan on dedicating this song to him. He actually drives one of the trucks that looks for roadside bombs. I love the whole CD!!! Love it!

Thanks for posting the lyrics to Let's Ride. Really great song that speaks to the pride of America, our brave fighting men and women who fight for our freedom everyday. They are truly heroes and I know that Kid Rock would have a few choice words for the idiots on this post who think that he is berating our troops with this song.

Im in Afghanistan right now and its 11:30pm and still cant sleep. I dont know where you get your words from but to me that doesnt matter to me!!! but just know that you, your music, and your love for us soldiers has helped keep at least one soldiers hope, morale, and love for music. Love it! I love every song by Kid Rock. This one hit me though... my son is signing up for the Military and getting ready to take the test to get in. I am terrified for him and this song made me cry. I am proud of him though. Proud of all our Military men and women. Can't wait for the new CD!
